A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHEROKEE NATION TO DONATE ITEMS TO CHEROKEE NATION BUSINESSES
Body
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation since time immemorial has exercised the sovereign rights of self-government on behalf of the Cherokee people;
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation is a federally recognized Indian Nation with a historic and continual government to government relationship with the United States of America;
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation has the following vehicle in its inventory that has been deemed appropriate for continued use by the Cherokee Nation Businesses.

WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation desires to donate this item in “as-is” condition and transfers all existing warranties to Cherokee Nation Businesses.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHEROKEE NATION, that the Tribal Council hereby authorizes Cherokee Nation to donate this vehicle to Cherokee Nation Businesses as set out above.
