A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINANCIAL DEPOSITORIES FOR CHEROKEE NATION
Body
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation since time immemorial has exercised the sovereign rights of self-government in behalf of the Cherokee people;
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation is a federally recognized Indian Nation with a historic and continual government to government relationship with the United States of America;
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation Constitution, Article 10 §9 and Cherokee Nation Code Annotated, Title 62 §21 et seq. provides requirements for the approval of a principal depository and subsidiary depositories for Cherokee Nation;
WHEREAS, there is a need to update, authorize and affirm the following financial institutions as depositories and subsidiary depositories for the Cherokee Nation

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHEROKEE NATION, that the above named financial institutions are hereby authorized, and the Principal Chief and/or his designee is authorized to sign required documents necessary to execute documents and transactions related hereto.
