BE IT ENACTED BY THE CHEROKEE NATION:

Section 6-2-1. Standing Committees - Establishment

The following Standing Committees of the Council are hereby

established:

(3) Economic And Industrial Development

(4) Education

(5) Employment & Training

(6) Election

(7) Executive & Finance

(8) Health

(9) HIP/Environmental Health

(10) Land

(11) Personnel

(12) Roads

(13) Registration

(14) Rules

(15) Employment Rights.
