A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHEROKEE NATION WAREHOUSE TO DONATE SURPLUS ITEMS TO CALVARY INDIAN BAPTIST CHURCH

WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation, since time immemorial, has exercised the sovereign rights of self-government on behalf of the Cherokee people.
WHEREAS the Cherokee Nation is a federally recognized Indian Nation with a historic and continual government-to-government relationship with the United States of America.
The Cherokee Nation Warehouse desires to donate these items in "as-is" condition.
1- International Tractor
WHEREAS the Calvary Indian Baptist Church, located within the Cherokee Nation's jurisdictional boundaries, operates on limited funds, and donating said items would benefit them greatly.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHEROKEE NATION that the Tribal Council authorizes Cherokee Nation Warehouse to donate these surplus items to Calvary Indian Baptist Church as set out above.
