� Requests for absentee ballots generally
A registered voter of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma who swears or affirms that he or she will be unable to vote in person may make a written request to the chairman of the Tribal Election Committee for an absentee ballot. The request must contain the following information:
(1) Name.
(2) Date of birth.
(3) Address.
(4) Voter registration number.
(5) Dawes Commission roll number.
(6) Signature of witness.
(7) Address of witness.
Passed by the Cherokee Nation Tribal Council on this 26th day of February, 1987.
