A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING CHEROKEE CITIZEN TERRELL BARNOSKI
Body
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation since time immemorial has exercised the sovereign rights of self-government in behalf of the Cherokee people;
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation is a federally recognized Indian Nation with a historic and continual government to government relationship with the United States of America;
WHEREAS, Terrell Barnoski, has been a proud supporter and attendee of Sequoyah High School athletics for over 20 years;
WHEREAS, the Council of the Cherokee Nation wishes to recognize Terrell Barnoski for his dedication to Sequoyah High School athletics and exemplary school pride and spirit;
WHEREAS, the Council of the Cherokee Nation authorizes that Terrell Barnoski receive free lifetime admission to all Sequoyah High School home athletic events;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHEROKEE NATION, that the Tribal Council hereby recognizes Terrell Barnoski, and authorizes free lifetime admission to all Sequoyah High School home athletic events.
