Sam earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree (emphasis in Financial Planning) from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah. Joshua has worked with CNE, CNBC, and Cherokee Nation with accounting and audit positions. Joshua has been married to Jessica Sam for 11 years, and the couple has three children: a son, Skyler; and two daughters, Scarlett and Saydee. Joshua attends the Christian Worship Center in Stilwell. Additionally, he serves the community by participating on multiple civics boards to include the Stilwell Kiwanis Club, Stilwell Chamber of Commerce, Adair County Boys and Girls Club, and Stilwell Soccer Club.
