A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHEROKEE NATION WAREHOUSE TO DONATE SURPLUS ITEMS TO THE KIOWA TRIBE

WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation, since time immemorial, has exercised the sovereign rights of self-government on behalf of the Cherokee people.
WHEREAS the Cherokee Nation is a federally recognized Indian Nation with a historic and continual government-to-government relationship with the United States of America.
The Cherokee Nation Food Distribution Program desires to donate these items in "as-is" condition.
1- Propane Generator and Transfer Switch
2- Store Freezer & Cooler
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHEROKEE NATION that the Tribal Council authorizes Cherokee Nation Food Distribution Program to donate these surplus items to the Kiowa Tribe as set out above.
