WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation since time immemorial has exercised the sovereign rights of self-government in behalf of the Cherokee people;
 
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation is a federally recognized Indian Nation with a historic and continual government to government relationship with the United States of America;
 
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation purchased tract of land in South Coffeyville, OK (220000 S. Seminole St.) on 080410.  This tract of land in South Coffeyville, OK contains 3 structures (one single-family residential structure, one detached metal storage bldg./garage, and one detached wood-frame storage bldg.;
 
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation has determined the single-family residential structure located upon this property has deteriorated to such a condition as to render it uninhabitable;
 
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Nation purchased this tract of real property to assist Community Cherokee organizations with their daily operations and one such community organization, Native American Fellowship Incorporated, has volunteered to assist with the removal of this aforementioned single family residence.
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHEROKEE NATION, that N & S Movers (owned and operated by a Cherokee citizen in good standing), be granted permission and authority to remove this structure from the property and dispose of such structure according to the pertinent rules and regulations of his industry.
